Terms and Conditions

All members must agree to the terms and condition before being accepted as a Paradise Nutrients member.

Members will not tamper with, change, misrepresent, copy or reproduce Paradise Nutrients products or product information without written permission from Paradise Nutrients management.

Any member found guilty of any of the above or who causes damage to the name of Paradise Nutrients will have their membership revoked without compensation and will face action through the Australian legal system.

Members must understand that all products are ordered directly from Paradise Nutrients and all payments are made directly to Paradise Nutrients for memberships and products. No payment should be made to another member. Any information obtained outside of the www.paradisenutrients.com.au website will not be considered to be valid.

Any member wishing to promote Paradise Nutrients products through advertising must seek written permission from Paradise Nutrients Management prior to advertising. Any members wishing to publicly promote Paradise Nutrients products and Systems will only do so using information provided by Paradise Nutrients.

Commissions and Bonus Payments will be made on the 10th day of each month for all sales received and paid for up to and including the last day of each previous month unless directed otherwise.

All products must be paid for before orders will be shipped.

Paradise Nutrients is committed to protecting all personal data gathered through www.paradisenutrients.com.au in accordance with the Privacy Act (1988). Customer Credit Card details that are retained by Paradise Nutrients are protected against loss, misuse and modification through the same high level of security measures implemented by the bank processing the credit card. Any personal information supplied to Paradise Nutrients over the phone or by hard copy will be destroyed once the order has been processed and the data electronically stored. To protect your personal information your membership form, order or payment should be faxed or posted directly to Paradise Nutrients administration and no third party should be used to send such information .

Should a product be defective, Paradise Nutrients offers customers a credit on any product returned directly to Paradise Nutrients within 14 days of purchase. If a customer is under the impression that a product is defective they must contact Paradise Nutrients to obtain an approval for return, quoting product name, size, batch number and invoice number. If found defective, Paradise Nutrients will, at its own discretion, either replace the product or credit the purchase price of the product.

Paradise Nutrients reserves the right to change the prices of its products. Product price changes will be advised within one month in the monthly newsletter.

Any disputes or disagreements that may arise between a member and Paradise Nutrients will be addressed in an orderly manner with a genuine attempt to settle any issues or disputes peacefully.

Any disputes arising between Paradise Nutrients members in relation to Paradise Nutrients Business or Product should be settled peacefully. If a dispute of this nature cannot be settled peacefully members are advised to contact the Paradise Nutrients publicity officer and Paradise Nutrients will attempt to find a compromise that suits both parties.

All members are encouraged to conduct their business in a fair and orderly manner.

Paradise Nutrients will not tolerate standover tactics, bullying or restricting another member from conducting fair business. Any member found guilty of such action may be liable under the Australian trade practices act. Paradise Nutrients reserves the right to rescind any agreements and memberships without compensation if found guilty of any such breach.

Paradise Nutrients agrees to ship products at the first available opportunity on normal business days.
Shipping times do depend on the location of the delivery address, however if your order has not arrived within 10 days of placing an order, call Paradise Nutrients 1800 503 6881800 503 688 FREE free call line and we will assist you in locating your product. All orders sent by Paradise Nutrients utilise an electronic tracking system and will be traced for you.
