QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1. Can I purchase Paradise Nutrients products through retail outlets?
Answer: NO. Not major retail stores but wholesale reps are able to sell to small family businesses not exceeding 5 stores. Some of Paradise Nutrients products are exclusive to Paradise Nutrients and can only be purchased from Paradise Nutrients members.

2. Do I pay my up line or distributor for products I order?
Answer: NO. All products are ordered and paid for directly to Paradise Nutrients and all product is sent directly to you.

3. How long does it take for my order to arrive at my residence?
Answer: Shipping times depend on the location of the delivery address. However if your order has not arrived within 10 days of placing an order, call the Paradise Nutrients 1800 503 688 free call line and we will assist you in finding your product. All orders sent from Paradise Nutrients have an electronic tracking system and will be traced.

4. What is Paradise Nutrients return/refund policy?
Answer: Should a product be defective, Paradise Nutrients offers customers a credit on any product returned directly to Paradise Nutrients within 14 days of purchase. If a customer is under the impression that a product is defective they should contact Paradise Nutrients to obtain an approval for return, quoting product name, size, batch number and invoice number. If found defective Paradise Nutrients will, at its own discretion, either replace the product or credit the purchase price for the product.

5. Why can I only see Recommended Retail Prices and not the Member Prices?
Answer: Member prices are only displayed to registered Paradise Nutrients members.

6. Can I sign up members overseas?
Answer: Paradise Nutrients is in now in over 15 countries. Not all products will be allowed into other countries and you will need to check with customer service the country you might have an opportunity to open. Governments of other countries have strict guideline for MLM & health Products

Answer: NO. Any membership payments are paid direct to Paradise Nutrients.
